As part of continued commitment to improving customer satisfaction, we are pleased to announce the introduction of our Customercare department. The Customercare department has been setup specifically to handle any inquiries you might have related to your D-Tech customer account, as well as any complaints, feedback and/or requests you might have.
The customer care department will work in conjunction with our Sales and billing departments, and can be reached via email at email@example.com. Customercare staff will be available Monday-Friday 8:30am-4:30pm and on Saturday 10:30am-2:30pm GMT. However, our billing/customercare staff will also occasionally be available after-hours.
N/b: We appreciate the need for honest feedback and communications, and while we understand that honest feedback is valuable for improvement, as always, etiquette is always appreciated in communications.
