How to cancel a hosting service

You may request cancellation of your hosting service from the Client Area as follows:

  1. Go to Services -> View Services
  2. Locate and click on the status of the service you wish to cancel
  3. Click on "Request Cancellation" from the left sidebar

Note: selecting the immediate option will cancel the service at the next service cron check, essentially 8:00 am the next day.
