To help avoid confusion, here are some basic rules for content transfers at Darrel Technologies.

- We cannot quote transfer prices in chat or over the phone. Please email transfers@dtechghana.com. We will reply back to your email with a quote if you are asking for more than the free transfers.
- Free content transfers are only offered to new customers or upgrades. You may still request this service during downgrades, but it will be a paid service if we accept.
No need to worry about content transfers when moving from shared to shared, reseller to reseller, or VPS to VPS. These situations allow us to keep you on the same server, so your content and emails will remain intact. - You are limited to one site transfer per cPanel. We will transfer the content as is; we will not restructure your content. We will not convert addon domains to separate cPanels, and vice versa.
- Shared/Budget hosting (Lite, Standard) gets the PRIMARY domain name's site transferred for free. If you have addon domains, they will be transferred exactly as is. Any separate cPanels must become Addon domains (not free) and need a quote.
- Resellers get 15 free transfers within the first 30 days; beyond that, you need a quote. If you have addon domains, they will be transferred exactly as is; we will not convert addon domains into separate cPanels.
- Linux and Windows dedicated servers get unlimited transfers within the first 30 days. After the first 30 days, you will need a quote. If you have addon domains, they will be transferred exactly as is; we will not convert addon domains into separate cPanels.
- VPS customers get unlimited transfers within the first 30 days, but only if you have a VPS plan with cPanel. Anything else needs a quote. If you have addon domains, they will be transferred exactly as is; we will not convert addon domains into separate cPanels.
