Suspending / Unsuspending Accounts

To suspend a user account:

  • From your Reseller management panel, go to User Accounts -> List Accounts.
  • From the "Actions" column, toggle the "Suspend User" button from On to Off

If your resold client is suspended, you can unsuspend them by toggling the Suspend User button back to On. If you cannot, then there is a security ticket that must be resolved first; please contact support@dtechghana.com for assistance.
