I just created a hosting account but I cannot open the site in my browser

If you have created a Hosting account and your website does not resolve to the domain for which you have created that account:

  1. Check to be sure your domain name has been registered and is currently active. This is usually done via a "WHOIS Lookup"
  2. Update the nameservers for your domain (if not already done) to those assigned to your Reseller Hosting account as per the Welcome Email sent to you after your account was created. It takes anywhere between 24-48 hours for domain names to propagate globally.

Note: our Reseller hosting plans do allow you create hosting accounts for unlimited domains, however this is limited to hosting, and does NOT include registering these domains. In order for your hosting accounts to work, the domain name for that package needs to have been registered and pointed to the nameservers for your account.

If you have checked the above and are convinced that everything is in order, kindly put in a request to our Technical support team at support@dtechghana.com for further assistance.
