This Legal and Regulatory Policy outlines Darrel Technologies Ltd's ("DT", "we", "us", "our") approach to legal compliance, regulatory cooperation, and lawful requests relating to the use of our products and services.
DT operates in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Ghana and applicable international legal obligations. Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of DT's services complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Customers operating in regulated sectors are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining any required licenses, approvals, or authorizations.
