Rollins leads strategy and engineering at Darrel Technologies, bringing 17+ years across software engineering, cloud platforms and digital transformation in West Africa. He has directed 25+ end-to-end deliveries and served as lead on DT's flagship platforms — including sERP, EasyBill and EduCollect — designing resilient architectures, integrating hardware interfaces and building offline-first capabilities for mission-critical use. His track record spans large retail CRM integrations, multi-tenant school platforms serving 70k+ users, and high-availability systems with security auditing and DR.

Recognised at the Ghana Industry CEO Awards (2021, “Most Respected CEO — Information Technology”), Rollins focuses on practical outcomes: secure infrastructure, reliable platforms and measurable business value.

Stella drives customer success, stakeholder engagement and programme governance at DT. With 12+ years managing ICT teams and national education systems, she translates complex needs into clear deliverables, measurable KPIs and timely reporting. Beyond DT, she serves as Deputy Director of Educational Technology at the Ghana TVET Service and contributes to national initiatives, including the MoE Wi-Fi Technical Committee and the TVET Project Steering Committee — guiding standards, secure deployments and change management.

At DT she ensures fit-for-purpose solutions, adoption and continuous improvement across sectors, coordinating technical teams, partners and executive stakeholders to keep outcomes on track.

Moses supports DT's local infrastructure and security services, combining hands-on architecture with day-to-day operational excellence. Certified CHFI, CCNA and CEH, he has 11+ years optimising complex environments — covering network design, server platforms, backup & DR, and security operations. A core contributor to Ghana's National e-Health (LHIMS) programme, he has delivered performance gains, led forensic investigations and implemented DR solutions that minimise downtime and data loss.

At DT he focuses on hardening, vulnerability management, monitoring and incident response—helping clients maintain resilient, well-observed systems aligned to best practice.

Gifty serves on DT's Board as a Non-Executive Director, strengthening governance, stakeholder engagement and risk oversight. She brings a practical mix of communications, procurement and supply-chain experience—ensuring programmes balance quality, cost and timeliness while maintaining clear, consistent messaging to stakeholders. With master's degrees in International Relations & Affairs and in Communication & International Public Relations, Gifty supports the Board on policy review, partner/vendor governance and ethical standards. Her guidance helps DT maintain transparency and accountability as the company scales its platforms and services across Ghana and West Africa.

Francis advises DT on infrastructure architecture, networking and physical security solutions. With a background in computer hardware, networks and IT infrastructure, he brings a systems-engineering view to building dependable environments — covering identity and access, network segmentation, secure configuration, backup & DR and site security considerations. He provides independent design reviews, risk assessments and go-live readiness checks, and supports incident response and root-cause investigations when needed. His goal is simple: resilient, well-documented systems that meet business needs and stand up to real-world demands and audits.

John supports Darrel Technologies on operations strategy and delivery excellence. He designs pragmatic operating models — KPIs and SLAs, SOPs and RACI, capacity planning and cost-to-serve — so teams execute predictably as we scale.

At DT he reviews proposals and delivery plans for feasibility and value, strengthens vendor/partner governance, and simplifies hand-offs between product, engineering and support. John also mentors operations leads on incident and major-change coordination and runs continuous-improvement cadences that turn findings into measurable actions.
